Vic Housing Group – Build Update

Our first Vic Housing Group transportable home is progressing really well, and we’re now getting close to lock-up stage.

The building is fully wrapped and battened, all the flashings are installed, and our external cladding has been ordered.    

Inside, the electrical and plumbing rough-ins are well underway, and we’re getting close to being ready to hang plaster. Our cabinetry has also been ordered and is now in production.

As this is our first prototype, we’re taking our time to make sure every detail is exactly how we want it.   

This first build is giving us the opportunity to refine the design, construction process and finishes so we can deliver the best possible product to our future clients.

One of the things we’re most excited about over the coming weeks is the installation of our premium Snap Lock cladding.   

We think it’s going to completely transform the exterior of the home, and we can’t wait to share some photos once it’s installed.

From there, we’ll move into the internal fix-out and start bringing all the finishing touches together as we head towards the final stages of the build.
